Fit India mobile app launched: Know how to download it from Google Play store and App store.

On ocassion of National Day today, to celebrate second anniversary of Fit India Movement and as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Anurag Singh Thakur launched the Fit India Mobile Application at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in Delhi.

As a part of the Fit India Movement, the Central Government launched the Fit India mobile application.

During the launch of the app, Thakur said the app was a gift from the government to the people of India on the National Sports Day, which is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand.

"The Fit India app is a tribute to Major Dhyan Chand who is an icon to country's sportspersons," Thakur said. "The app is a must for sportspersons to remain fit and they are expected to follow the app rigorously. This is an effort to keep new, young India fit because a fit youth can make a great India," he added.

BREAKINGમોદી સરકારની નોટબંધી 2.O!:સરકારે રૂ. 2,000ની નોટ પાછી ખેંચી, 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર સુધી બેંકોમાં બદલી શકાશે; એક સમયે વધુમાં વધુ 10 નોટ બદલાશે

રિઝર્વ બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા(RBI)એ 2000ની નોટને સર્ક્યુલેશનમાંથી પાછી ખેંચી લીધી છે, પરંતુ હાલની નોટો અમાન્ય નહીં બને. 2 હજારની નોટ નવેમ્બર 2016માં બજારમાં આવી હતી. ત્યારે વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ 500 અને 1000ની નોટ બંધ કરી દીધી હતી. એને બદલે નવી પેટર્નમાં 500 અને 2000ની નવી નોટ બહાર પાડવામાં આવી હતી. RBIએ 2019થી 2000ની નોટ છાપવાનું બંધ કરી દીધું હતું.

RBIએ બેંકોને 23 મેથી 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર સુધી 2000ની નોટ બદલી આપવાની સૂચના આપી છે. એક સમયે માત્ર વીસ હજાર રૂપિયાની મહત્તમ કિંમતની નોટો જ બદલી શકાશે. હવેથી બેંકો 2000ની નોટ નહીં આપે.

પહેલા જુઓ RBIનો આદેશ...

હવે સવાલ-જવાબમાં RBIના આ આદેશનો અર્થ સમજો...

1. RBIએ શું કહ્યું?
રિઝર્વ બેંક 2000ની નોટને ચલણમાંથી પાછી ખેંચી લેશે, પરંતુ હાલની નોટો અમાન્ય રહેશે નહીં. આરબીઆઈએ કહ્યું કે 2018-19માં તેમનો ઉદ્દેશ પૂરો થયા બાદ તેનું પ્રિન્ટિંગ બંધ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

2. નિર્ણયનો અમલ ક્યારથી થઈ રહ્યો છે?
આરબીઆઈએ પોતાના સર્ક્યુલરમાં લખ્યું છે કે તે 2000ની નોટોને ચલણમાંથી બહાર લઈ રહી છે. આ માટે કોઈ તારીખ કે સમય આપવામાં આવ્યો નથી. એટલે કે આ નિર્ણય તાત્કાલિક અસરથી અમલમાં આવ્યો છે.

3. નોટ બદલવા માટે શું કરવું પડશે, તેની સંપૂર્ણ પ્રક્રિયા શું હશે?
આ નોટો બેંકમાં જઈને બદલી શકાય છે. આ માટે 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2023 સુધીનો સમય આપવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ અંગે બેંકોને પણ જાણ કરવામાં આવી છે જેથી નોટ બદલવામાં કોઈ મુશ્કેલી ન આવે.

4. બજારમાં 2000ની નોટોની ખરીદી પર શું અસર જોવા મળી શકે છે?
સરકારે તેને ચલણમાં રાખી હોવા છતાં વેપારીઓ તેની સાથે લેવડદેવડ કરવામાં સંકોચ અનુભવે છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં, બેંકમાંથી જ તેને બદલવી વધુ સારી રહેશે.

5. RBIએ નોટ બદલવા માટે 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર સુધીનો સમય આપ્યો છે. આ પછી શું થશે?
તારીખ પણ લંબાઈ શકે છે, પરંતુ છેલ્લી તારીખની રાહ જોશો નહીં. જો સરકાર તેને અમાન્ય કરી દેશે તો તમારી પાસે રાખેલી 2000ની નોટોની કોઈ કિંમત રહેશે નહીં.

6. આની સામાન્ય લોકો પર કેવી અસર થશે?
જેની પાસે 2 હજારની નોટ છે તેણે બેંકમાં જઈને તેને બદલી આપવી પડશે. 2016માં નોટબંધી દરમિયાન 500 અને 1000ની નોટો બંધ કરવામાં આવી હતી. તેને બદલવા માટે સમય પણ આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો, પરંતુ લાંબી કતારો લાગવાને કારણે લોકોને ભારે હાલાકીનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. તે આ વખતે પણ જોવા મળી શકે છે.

2000ની નોટ કાળાં નાણાંનો સંગ્રહ કરનારાઓને મદદ કરતી હતી
વર્ષ 2016માં નોટબંધીના સમયે કેન્દ્ર સરકારને આશા હતી કે ભ્રષ્ટાચારીઓના ઘરેથી ગાદલાં-તકિયાંમાં ભરીને રાખેલું 3-4 લાખ કરોડનું કાળું નાણું બહાર આવશે, પરંતુ 1.3 લાખ કરોડનું કાળું નાણું જ બહાર આવ્યું. હવે નોટબંધી સમયે જારી કરવામાં આવેલી નવી 500 અને 2000ની નોટોમાં 9.21 લાખ કરોડ ચોક્કસપણે ગાયબ થઈ ગયા છે.

રિઝર્વ બેંક ઓફ ઈન્ડિયાની 2016-17થી 2021-22 સુધીનો વાર્ષિક રિપોર્ટ જણાવે છે કે RBIએ 2016થી લઈ અત્યારસુધીમાં 500 અને 2000ની કુલ 6,849 કરોડ ચલણી નોટ છાપી છે.

ભારતીય રિઝર્વ બેંક (RBI)ના 2016-17થી તાજેતરના 2021-22ના વાર્ષિક અહેવાલો દર્શાવે છે કે RBIએ 2016થી અત્યારસુધીમાં 500 અને 2000ની કુલ 6,849 કરોડ ચલણી નોટ છાપી છે. એમાંથી 1,680 કરોડથી વધુ ચલણી નોટો ચલણમાંથી ગાયબ છે. ગુમ થયેલી આ નોટોની કિંમત 9.21 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયા છે. આ ખોવાયેલી નોટોમાં એ નોટોનો સમાવેશ થતો નથી, જેને નુકસાન થયા બાદ RBI દ્વારા નાશ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

કાયદા અનુસાર એવી કોઈપણ આવક, જેના પર ટેક્સ ચૂકવવામાં ન આવે એને બ્લેક મની કહેવામાં આવે છે. આ 9.21 લાખ કરોડ રૂપિયામાં લોકોની બચત પણ હોઈ શકે છે, પરંતુ ઉત્તરપ્રદેશની ચૂંટણી વખતે અત્તરના વેપારીઓ પર પડેલા દરોડાથી લઈને હાલ પશ્ચિમ બંગાળમાં મંત્રી પાર્થ ચેટર્જીના નજીકના લોકો પર પડેલા દરોડા સુધી દરેક જગ્યાએ મળેલાં કાળાં નાણાંમાં 95%થી વધારે 500 અને 2000ની નોટ છે. RBIના અધિકારીએ નામ ન છાપવાની શરતે જણાવ્યું હતું કે સર્ક્યુલેશનમાંથી ખૂટતું નાણું સત્તાવાર રીતે કાળું નાણું ન ગણાય, પરંતુ આશંકા છે કે આ રકમનો મોટો હિસ્સો કાળું નાણું છે.

સરકાર માનતી નથી, પરંતુ 500 અને 2000ની નોટોમાં જ કાળું નાણું જમા થાય છે, પછી વર્ષ 2019થી રૂ.2000ની નોટો છાપવાનું બંધ છે
અધિકારીઓનું માનવું છે કે કાળું નાણું જમા કરાવવા માટે સૌથી વધુ ઉપયોગ મોટા મૂલ્યની નોટો એટલે કે 500 અને 2000નો થાય છે. કદાચ આ જ કારણથી 2019થી 2000ની નોટોનું પ્રિન્ટિંગ બંધ થઈ ગયું છે, પરંતુ 2016ની સરખામણીમાં 500 નવી ડિઝાઇનની નોટોના પ્રિન્ટિંગમાં 76%નો વધારો થયો છે.
